At WolfKitchen, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and pack all products before dispatch. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Color or design variation due to availability

  • Minor size differences (manual measurement tolerance)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

⏳ Return Request Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted

🔍 Return Approval Process (IMPORTANT)

  • All return requests are verified with images/videos

  • Approval is subject to quality inspection

  • WolfKitchen reserves the right to accept or reject a return request

💰 Refunds

Once the return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

❗ If the product fails inspection or does not meet return conditions, no refund will be issued

🔁 Replacements

  • Replacement is provided only if stock is available

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued

🚚 Return Shipping

  • In case of approved returns due to damage or defect, return shipping will be handled by us

  • For any other approved cases, shipping cost may be deducted from the refund

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned on product page)
