  • WolfKitchen is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer may result in delivery failure, for which WolfKitchen is not responsible.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements (IMPORTANT)

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms and must be read carefully.

Returns are accepted ONLY IF:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Color or design variation due to availability

  • Minor size differences (manual measurement tolerance)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, water damage, or improper handling

  • Used products or products without original packaging

Return Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos are mandatory for verification

  • Approval is subject to inspection by WolfKitchen

WolfKitchen reserves the final right to approve or reject any return or refund request.

6. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • If a returned product fails inspection, no refund will be issued

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders may be verified before dispatch

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in account restriction or future order cancellation

  • WolfKitchen reserves the right to disable COD for certain users or locations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and designs—is the property of WolfKitchen and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

WolfKitchen shall not be liable for:
